PURPLE HOUSE RULES - PLEASE READ & SIGN

For any new Coven Member's, who have not yet read and agreed to our Purple Coven Rules.. Please read carefully, and if you feel that you will agree to our Coven Rules, please sign.. Thank you And Most Blessings! From the Coven Walls Staff. Merry Meet!!]To our Old and New Members

We are happy to have you a part of our very loving family and we hope that your stay with us will be or has been an enchanting one of learning, sharing, growth and fellowship.
Please take a moment to review our House Rules and familiarize yourselves with them.

NEW MEMBERS
Are required to respond with a short introductory of yourself to the Merry Meet Greeting posted with your username, within 24 hrs. after being accepted/activated into the Purple House.

ALL FAMILY MEMBERS & STAFF: MUST HAVE ACTIVE ACCOUNTS ~ 8 POST PER MONTH
We are asking that all members keep an active account to remain in good standing here at the Purple House; by meeting the minimal requirement of 8 post per month. Inactive accounts that does not meet this requirement will be suspended until further contact is made by you to one of staff*.

INACTIVE ACCOUNTS ARE CLASSIFIED AS FOLLOWS:
Not meeting the requirements of 8 post per month
Not logging in for up to 14 days (automatic account deactivation)

REINSTATING A DEACTIVATED ACCOUNT - 3 TIME LIMIT
Contact Management Staff* to re-open your account and/or to provide you with a new one. They will kindly reinstate your account up to 3 times. After the 3rd reinstatement of your account and it is found to be inactive, we hereby state that we will not open a new account here at the Purple House for the 4th time.

EXCEPTIONS - PLEASE NOTIFY STAFF*
We will make the following exceptions to these rules, if by chance something comes up and you cannot login or meet the minimal requirements that we request. We do understand that there are times when these things do happen and we only ask for you to send a courtesy letter to a designated staff member* to inform us that you will be away and we will hold your account open until your return. If no action is taking to notify staff* of an prolong absence then all rules will apply.

ALL ACCOUNTS WILL BE REVIEWED EVERY 30 DAYS ( BY MADAMSTAR) (LADY RAVENKNIGHTSHADE)

We take no accountability for delinquent accounts that has not logged in for 14 days.
We have notified inactive accounts as a courtesy however we are under no obligation to continue to do so.
We are asking all of Family to take personal responsibility for their accounts, by remaining active members so these deactivation's do not occur.

Most importantly we strive to promote a loving pagan family here within the Purple House and we ask all members to be respectful to one another.
If there is ever a problem with anything; please contact management*.
